Piero’s began as a small family establishment over 35 years ago, and over time it has grown from strength to strength. Our success comes from combining authentic Italian recipes with locally sourced, fresh ingredients — all prepared and served by our Sardinian and Italian family team. Many of us have worked together on and off throughout the years, maintaining the same passion and quality that Piero originally built the restaurant upon.
Piero himself stepped away briefly to explore new opportunities abroad, but returned with valuable experience and a renewed vision, alongside his brother Angelo who leads the kitchen and other operations. Today, that experience continues to shape our menu, our service, and the tradition we are proud to share.
